It seems that the Mark Zuckerberg-led social media giant Meta has a serious information leak problem, as new leaks demonstrate.
At least three media outlets claim to have obtained recordings of the latest internal meeting within Meta featuring Zuckerberg.
First, 404 Media reported that the CEO demonstrated his frustration that everything he says leaks: "And it sucks, right?"
To solve this, the company has changed its policy for all-hands meetings so the CEO can "talk about stuff openly," as leaks "destroy value."
Therefore, per the report, from now on, instead of direct questions from employees, a new system is being introduced—questions are voted upon beforehand, and then the "main themes" of them are answered. The frustration about the leaks was also reported by The Verge.
Meanwhile, Business Insider also claims to have obtained another recording in which Zuckerberg once again urged employees to "buckle up," as an "intense" year is ahead for the company. However, the CEO here largely reiterated previously made statements about the importance of AI and the company's move away from third-party fact-checkers, implementing a system similar to community notes on Elon Musk's X platform. Zuckerberg also emphasized that the company is taking the opportunity "to have a productive partnership" with the new U.S. government.
This week, Meta reported that its revenues in 2024 increased by 22%, reaching $164.5 billion, while net income jumped 59% to $62.36 billion. The company expects its first-quarter 2025 total revenue to be in the range of $39.5–41.8 billion.

"So this is going to be a big year. I think this is the most exciting and dynamic that I have ever seen our industry," Zuckerberg said during the earnings call earlier this week.
